Food purchases are allowable on certain accounts and require prior approval. To be reimbursed, please submit a completed Business Meals Form that includes all attendees, and an itemized receipt that includes the tip.

Alcohol purchases

Alcohol purchases are prohibited on university accounts and will not be reimbursed.

Tips

Tips should not exceed 20%.
